either take video or pictures
of your accident scene.
Include damage incurred by
all vehicles, license plate,
insurance ID card, driver's
license, traffic signs, traffic
signals, view of roadway, tow
truck moving any vehicles,
the other cars driver and any
occupants, and witness info.
Get the following information
from the other driver:
name
address
telephone number
license plate number
driver license number
auto insurance policy number
insurance company name
Also get the names,
addresses, and telephone
numbers of any witnesses to
your auto accident.
